Intermediate Photography Principles is a workshop designed to help you improve your images by concentrating on an in-depth look at composition. How you "build" your image is what counts towards creating stunning photography. We will review the elements of composition and view examples. How to pre-visualize your image by starting with key elements such as direction of light, the focal point, the foreground and leading lines are just a few of the subjects covered. Additionally we will examine and discuss the work prominent photographers who had major influence on photography. Weekly exercises will support classroom instruction. Knowing how to control your exposure by manipulating aperture and shutter speed is strongly recommended to take this class. If you need instruction on this, please consider taking the Basic Photography Principles first. Please bring your camera and manual to class each night.
