Au Pair US Food Culture

This intensive, blended weekend course for au pairs focuses on the history of food and food culture in the US.  Through online and in class coursework and exciting field trips, participants will explore the multi-cultural influences on American cuisine, how technology and manufacturing has impacted food for good and for bad, current food trends, and strategies for making healthful food choices.
